On around 2.5 hectares, they grow old and rare vegetables and fruit using manual labor, mulching and symbiosis methods. Genetic engineering, synthetic fertilizers and pesticides are taboo in their fields. Instead, they focus on biodiversity, soil health and honest quality that you can taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alex Landbrot - well-known from the Berlin food scene - complements the range on offer at the market stall. His expertise turns the carefully harvested vegetables, aromatic salads and fresh herbs into regional highlights. For him, the focus is on enjoyment with high standards - perfectly in line with the values of the market stall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to pre-order your vegetable box<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to make sure that your favorite products are not sold out, you can easily pre-order a vegetable box.
